Christine C. Sullivan Milligan

Christine C Sullivan Milligan passed away on Thursday, March 3, 2022 at Tidal Health at Nanticoke in Seaford, DE. She was 70. She was born on September 22, 1951 in Easton, Maryland; the daughter of the late Ralph Sullivan and Doris Wright Lare. Growing up in Caroline County, she graduated from Colonel Richardson High School with the class of 1969. Following her education, she worked for Talbot Count Emergency Management. The world's best cook; Christine loved cooking, baking and feeding her family and loved ones. She was known for her beef and dumplings, quick wit and always had the last word. She loved her family and enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren, shopping, and crocheting. She is survived by a daughter, Janna Taylor of Federalsburg; four grandchildren: Austin Krieger, Gage Taylor, Kane Tayklor and Callie Taylor; her step mother Mary Sullivan of Cambridge; and six siblings: Roy Lare and Barbie Jean Patrick both of Federalsburg, Linda Lare of Land O Lakes, FL; Sabrina Fishell of Federalsburg, Bonnie Cullen of Greenwood, Del; and Steve Sullivan of Cambridge. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two siblings: Gloria Bartlett and Connie Lare Doyle. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, March 5, 2022 at 2:00 at the Preston Lions Club, 114 Williamson Street in Preston.
