Hannelore Hubbard

Hannelore Hubbard of Federalsburg, Maryland passed away on Tuesday, March 22, 2022 at her home. She was 80. She was born on November 28, 1941 in Muhlacker, Germany the daughter of the late Ernest Castan and Marta Castan. She immigrated to the United States in 1964 and made her home in Federalsburg. In her free time, she loved to garden and work with her flowerbeds. She loved to spend time with her family and grandchildren. She is survived by two sons: Michael Hubbard of Federalsburg and Richard Hubbard and his wife Tammy of Preston; three grandchildren: Joey Hubbard of Federalsburg, Andrew Hubbard of Preston and Kerrie Alcorn and her husband Joseph of Hurlock; and one great grandson: Colton Hubbard; and one sister Doris Castan. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a son, William Hubbard, Jr., two brothers Alfred Castan and Helmuth Castan. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, March 29, 2022 at 11:00 at the Framptom Funeral Home in Federalsburg with the Reverend Denzil T. Cheek officiating. Interment will follow at Junior Order Cemetery in Preston. The family will receive friends from 10:00 to 11:00.
