Aimee Lou Bennett's Obituary
Aimee Lou Bennett of Reliance passed away at Nanticoke Memorial Hospital in Seaford, DE on Thursday, January 16, 2014. She was 38.
Born in Easton, MD on September 12, 1975, she was the daughter of Arlene Stafford Bennett of Reliance and Norman Edward Bennett, Jr., of Felton, DE. Aimee was a 1993 graduate of Colonel Richardson High School. She worked for Trinity Sterile Inc. in Salisbury and formerly for Maryland Plastics in Federalsburg. Aimee was involved in Girl Scouts when she was younger and was a past Co-Leader of the Cub Scouts Pack 249 in Seaford. She enjoyed bowling and was on a league in Laurel. Most of all, Aimee was a devoted mother to her boys. She loved fishing, softball and anything that her sons enjoyed as well. She was a proud fan of the Minnesota Vikings. Aimee was also an avid animal lover and adored her cat. Besides her parents she is survived by two sons, Chase Alyn Bennett and Chant Adym Hoffman both of Reliance, a brother, Jeremy Stafford and his wife, Amy of Cordova, two nephews, Gabriel and Parker Stafford both of Cordova, her fiancée, Thomas King, Jr., of Reliance and his daughter, Courtney Cannon of Seaford, her maternal grandmother, Naomi Taylor and her paternal grandfather, Norman Bennett, Sr., both of Federalsburg. Funeral services for Aimee will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, January 25, 2014 at Framptom Funeral Home in Federalsburg, with Pastor Craig Gaunt officiating. Interment will follow at Fairview Church of the Brethren Cemetery in Cordova. A visitation will be held from 11 am to 1 pm on Saturday. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in her memory to Framptom Funeral Home, 216 N. Main Street, Federalsburg, MD 21632.
