Albert Roland Griffith's Obituary
Albert Roland Griffith of Federalsburg, died at his home on Wednesday April 5, 2023. He was 84. Born in Caroline Co. on September 12, 1938, Albert was the he son of the late Eddie and Margaret Swift Griffith.
He was born near Reliance and employed 38 years at E.I. Dupont in Seaford. He then worked for Potts Welding and Kraemer Gunite. Albert was also a part-time waterman. He enjoyed giving his family and friends fresh veggies from his garden.
Albert is survived by his wife of 25 years, Carol Crickenberger, a son; Eddie Griffith (Carol), two grandchildren; Kurtis Griffith and Sadie Griffith, two step-grandchildren, and 3 step-great-grandchildren. He is also survived by one uncle; Coulbourne Swift, two sisters-in-law; Sally and Petie, plus several cousins and two nieces.
He was preceded by two brothers John and his wife Barbara and Denard.
Funeral services will be held on Friday April 14, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. at the Framptom Funeral Home 216 N Main St., Federalsburg. Family will receive friends an hour prior to the funeral service. Burial will be in Hillcrest Cemetery.
