Alesia Denise Macer's Obituary
Alesia Denise Macer better known as "Lisa" went to her eternal home with the Lord at Easton Memorial Hospital on Friday June 2, 2023.
Born September 5, 1971 at Dorchester General Hospital. Lisa was the daughter of Loistine Jolley (Cambridge) and the late Alphonso Macer Sr. She attended school at North Dorchester High School in Hurlock, MD graduating the class of 1989. During her senior year, she won the female sports trophy. Alesia enjoyed playing Field Hockey, Softball, and Basketball. Following her graduation, Alesia worked at Mail-well and Air Liquide until her early retirement due to health reasons. Alesia loved being around her family and love ones having fun. Alesia would often take in children from the neighborhood on trips or just to stay with her for the weekend.
In addition to her mother, Alesia leaves behind to mourn her daughter La'Teasha Macer (Cambridge, MD). Grandchild Zy'Meir Wilson, Cairo Wallace, Ace Macer & Chase Macer (Cambridge MD). Bonus children Ny'Kia Ames & George Ames (Cambridge, MD). Siblings Terry Turner (Georgia), Bridgette Macer (Delaware), Towanda Jackson (Salisbury, MD), Natasha Cephas (Cambridge), Christina Patterson (North Carolina), Willie Jean Turner (Salisbury, MD), Late Alphonso Macer JR., Late Sherry Turner. God Children Deja Thompson, Ayonna Newcomb, Nevin Wilcox, Andre Dawson. Special Friend Calvin Wilcox. Special Sisters, Valencia Staggs, Chakena Chestnut, Starlene Ames, Kim Wilkins and Valenda Dunaway. Along with a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and close friends.
Proceeded in death Alphonso Macer SR. (Father), Alphonso Macer JR. (Brother), Sherry Turner (Sister), Catherine Jolley (Maternal Grandmother), Louise Jolley (Maternal Grandfather), Ida Macer (Paternal Grandmother), and Jacob Macer (Paternal Grandfather).
Burial will be in the Faith Community Cemetery, East New Market. MD.
