Alice M Lord's Obituary
Alice Mae (West) Lord, formerly of Harmony left her earthly home on Saturday, May 20, 2023 in Richmond, Virginia. Born on June 26, 1934 to Avery and Julia West in Cannon, Delaware; Alice was one of 10 children. She enjoyed raising a big garden, cooking and bluegrass music.
Alice was preceded in death by her husband, Temple W. Lord. She is survived by her 3 children; Tommy and Bobby, both of Harmony, daughter Sandi and her husband Michael of Cumberland, Virginia; grandsons Brian Ingle, Cody Ingle and his wife, Courtney and great-granddaughter, Shiloh. Alice was the last living child of Avery and Julia. She has many nieces and nephews that she loved dearly.
A service will be held in the chapel at the Maryland Eastern Shore Veterans Cemetery in Hurlock on Thursday, June 1 at 1:00 PM with the Rev. Howard "Buddy" Dunn officiating.
