Alphonzo Elwood Johns' Obituary
Alphonzo Elwood Johns of Trappe passed away on Monday, January 24, 2011 at Easton Memorial Hospital. He was 49.
He was born on October 19, 1961, the son of the late Geraldine E. Johns Wilson.
He loved to go fishing, and enjoyed barbequing and was an all around handy man. He loved spending time with his family and friends. He attended The Kingdom Hall in Skipton. He was employed by Black and Decker, Golden Corral and later worked for Price’s Car Wash in Easton.
He is survived by his step father, Herbert R. Wilson of Trappe, four sisters, Francine Wilson, Tiara Wilson, and Linda Murray all of Easton, Dakota Wilson of Trappe, and two brothers, LaRay Wilson of Easton and Bruce Murray of Trappe, a special nephew, Chouncie Wilson of Trappe, two special nieces, Marcianna Seth and Zaniya Lowman both of Easton and a host of nieces, nephews, uncles, aunts, cousins and friends.
He was preceded in death by his father, Avon Wilson and a sister, Marsha Murray.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, January 29, 2011 at 1:00 at the Framptom Funeral Home in Federalsburg. Interment will follow in Spring Hill Cemetery in Easton. The family will receive friends from 12:00 to 1:00.
