Amy Lynn Clopper's Obituary
Amy L. Clopper
Denton- It is with great sadness to inform you that Amy Lynn Swann Clopper has gained her angel wings and joined her savior in Heaven on January 10, 2023. Amy was the daughter of Margaret (Peggy) Blades Swann and the late Robert Earle Swann of Easton, MD where she was born.
Amy graduated from Easton High School. While attending school she took her first job at Robins Nest Florist, after that she was employed as the bookkeeper for Fox's Family Store. May 1986 she married Eric Clopper of Denton, MD where they started their home together. It was then that she joined the team at Farm Service Agency and enjoyed working with all the farmers. After having her two children, Jessica and Mason, she took on the role of Mom and worked a few part time positions such as Dri-corn, Times Record, Cabell Corporation, and Mabel's Bakery. It wasn't until her grandchild, Brookelynn was born that she found her niche' as mommom. Brookelynn joined mommom at her home daily until she started Little Saints. It was the January of the following year that Amy had many health issues. Besides spending time with her family, she enjoyed trips to PA, VA, and she had a large collection of Vintage Fiesta. So antiquing was a great past time. She has many Fiesta friends near and far. Some she got to meet in person and some she did not. She also enjoyed cutting grass, baking, sewing and crocheting with her mom, and celebrating birthdays and Christmas.
Amy is predeceased by her maternal grandparents, Leon and Louise Blades of Easton and her paternal grandparents, Issac and Hilda Swann of Easton.
