Annie M. Hunter's Obituary
Annie M. Hunter, 88, of Laurel, DE, passed away on Wednesday, January 12, 2011 at her residence.
She was born on December 25, 1922 in North Carolina, the daughter of the late Jordan Blunt and Murdie Blackwell.
She was a domestic worker. She was a member of Mount Pisgah Church in Laurel, where she served as an usher for many years.
She is survived by a son, William Stanley of Wilmington, DE, a special friend, Percy Johnson of Laurel, DE and an Uncle, Willard Blackmon of North Carolina, and many nieces, nephews cousins and friends.
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, January 19, 2011 at Mt. Pisgah A.M.E. Church in Laurel at 12 noon with Pastor Sharon Morgan officiating. Friends may call at the church one hour prior to the service. Interment will follow at Mt. Olivet Cemetery.
