Arthur Philetus Roach of Federalsburg, MD passed away on Monday, March 21, 2011 at the Wicomico Nursing Home in Salisbury, MD.
Funeral services will be held on Sat. March 26, 2011 at 2:00 p.m. at the Framptom Funeral Home. Interment with military honors will be held on Monday at 10:00 a.m. at the Eastern Shore Veterans Cemetery in Hurlock. Friends may call at the funeral home on Friday from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. and on Saturday from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m.
