Barbara Ann Willoughby's Obituary
Barbara Ann Willoughby of Preston, MD passed away on Sat. July 24, 2010 at
the University of Maryland Medical Center in Baltimore, MD. She was 66 years old.
She was born at home in Bruceville, MD the daughter of the late James Milton Watts and Helen Haddock Watts.
She was a homemaker who had enjoyed knitting, crocheting, and cooking. She had been employed by the Board of Education of Caroline County as a physical education instructor, and as a bus driver, retiring after 30 years of service.
She is survived by her husband of 48 years, Donald Lee Willoughby, whom she married on Aug. 1, 1961, two daughters, Donna Buckley of Preston and Julie Foster of Jacksonville, TX; four grandchildren, Ashley Lednum, Jessica Willoughby, Michelle Cosden and Ryan Cosden; two great-grandchildren Madison Crew and Bella Boss; two brothers, Bradford Watts of Easton and Robert
Watts of Salisbury, and fourteen nieces and nephews. Besides her parents she was
preceded in death by a brother, Ronald Watts.
Funeral services will be held on Wed. July 28, 2010 at 11:00 a.m. at the Framptom
Funeral Home, P.A. with Rev. Bill Thomas officiating. Interment will follow in Junior Order Cemetery in Preston. Friends may call at the funeral home on Tuesday from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. and on Wednesday from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m.
