Beatrice A Lloyd's Obituary
Beatrice (Bea) A. Lloyd, 91, of Seaford, DE, passed away suddenly on
Sunday, September 18th, 2022. She was born in Smithville, MD on
06-21-31 to Reese Leroy Adams and Helen Mae Lord Adams. She
graduated from Federalsburg High School with the class of 1949, and
later married and had her four children. She enjoyed several jobs
throughout her working career and subsequently, retired from Nanticoke
Memorial Hospital, Central Service, in 1990.
She enjoyed traveling and visiting with her children and cooking special
dinners for each one and talking to the wee hours of the morning. She
spent countless hours playing cards with her sisters and spent the rest
of her time working crossword puzzles, watching TV, going out to
breakfast and spending time with her close friends at Davelli's.
She was a wonderful, loving Mother and best friend to each of her children
and her positive, happy attitude will be cherished and dearly missed by
all of her family and friends.
She was preceded in death by her Husband, William M. Lloyd, Mother,
Helen Mae Adams, Father, Reese L. Adams, Sister, Rose Fisher, Grandson,
Jonathan Arner and Cousin, Madeline Schulke.
Bea is survived by her Children: Dennis (Sandra) Arner, Jerome (Pam) Arner,
Gordon (Patricia) Arner, Valerie (Ray) Ellis, Stepson: Nicki Lloyd. Sister: Paula
"Polly" Blades, Grandchildren: Michael (Wendy) Arner, Lisa Arner, Justin
Arner, Neal (Ann) Caywood, Laura Jackson, Erica (Brian) Woodman,
Aleena Arner, Areesa Arner, Taylor Ellis. Step-Grandchildren: Amanda,
Mariah, Brian and Megan. Great Grandchildren: Garrett, Grayer, Logan,
Hayden R., Cass, Haddie, LeAnne, Mattilyn, Carter, Hayden S., Henley,
Cooper, McKinley and several Step-Great Grandchildren. Nephews: Martin
Cox, Michael Cox, Adam Blades. Cousins: Jay Gilbert, Melvin Adams and
several nieces, nephews and very special friends.
A celebration of Bea's life will be Tuesday, October 4th, 2022, visitation will
be from 10-11 am with the funeral following at 11 am at Framptom Funeral
Home in Federalsburg, MD.
