Bessie Stanley Harrison was born March 29, 1929 to Richard and Hazel Stanley in Washington, DC and passed away May 25, 2024 at Harrison Senior Living in Georgetown, DE. Bessie was a devoted wife to Naylor Harrison, Jr. for 74 years before his death in 2022.
Mourning her passing will be her 3 children, Naylor Harrison, III and his wife Sherry, Hazel Harrison and her husband Richard and Molly Johnson. Bessie loved and guided her children with loving hands and a devoted heart. Also surviving her death are her 5 grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren and 11 great-great grandchildren.
Bessie loved making her "special" pancakes, making her Christmas puddings and sharing her recipes with all "her girls". She loved sewing her signature outfits, bedroom slippers and blankets as heirlooms to "her girls". She will be the "missing stitch" to our family chain of life.

There will be a viewing at the Framptom Funeral Home 216 N. Main St. Federalsburg on Friday evening May 31, 2024 from 6 to 8:00PM.
Funeral Services will be held at the funeral home on Saturday June 1, 2024 at 11:00AM.
Burial will be in Wicomico Memorial Park, Salisbury, immediately following the service.
