Betty Dignen's Obituary
Betty L. Dignen of Hurlock died at The Pines Genesis in Easton, MD on Friday, May 29, 2009. She was 78.
She was born on May 22, 1931 in Tampa, FL the daughter of the late Charles Wilson and Alma Haslett Wilson. Her husband, Herman G. Dignen died in 2007.
She was a homemaker and enjoyed working in her garden.
She is survived by two sons, Timothy Dignen of Denton, MD and Herman Dignen of Florida and a daughter, Pamela Payne and her husband Curtis Payne of Hurlock and 11 grandchildren.
Memorial services for her will be held on Thursday, June 4, 2009 at 11:00 a.m. at Framptom Funeral Home P. A. located at 216 N. Main Street in Federalsburg, MD with Rev. Denzil Cheek officiating. Interment will follow at Eastern Shore Veterans Cemetery near Hurlock. Friends may call at the funeral home on Thursday from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m..
