Beverly Trice Morris' Obituary
Beverly Trice Morris of Preston, MD passed away on Wed., June 19, 2013 at the Hospice of Queen Anne’s after a seven year battle with cancer. She was 65.
She was born April 17, 1948 in Easton, MD the daughter of the late Norman Lee Trice and Ruth Jones Trice.
She was a graduate of North Dorchester High School Class of 1966. She was a dedicated worker as the Office Manager alongside her husband at Danny’s Auto Body, Inc. located in Federalsburg for 28 years. Beverly was a member of the Mason Dixon Classic Chevy Club. She enjoyed spending time at Fenwick Beach with her family, and going to Disney World. She enjoyed animals, especially Chesapeake Bay Retrievers, and Himalayan Cats.
She is survived by her husband of 46 years, whom she married on Feb. 10, 1967, Daniel L. “Danny” Morris; two daughters Christina Lynn Johnson and her husband Michael of Preston, and Wendy Lynn Hoffman and her husband Andrew of Laurel, DE; two grandchildren Abigail R. Johnson and Jacob M. Johnson; two sisters, Norma Lee Phillips and Flora Mae Dietrich, both of Preston, a sister-in-law Connie Trice of Hurlock and a brother John R. Trice and his wife Suzanne of Hurlock, and many nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, June 25, 2013 at 2:00 p.m. at the Framptom Funeral Home with Rev. Denzil Cheek officiating. Interment will follow in Junior Order Cemetery in Preston. Friends may call at the funeral home on Monday from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m.
