Blanche Hall Warner's Obituary
Blanche Hall Warner 95, of Preston, died at Genesis Healthcare-The Pines in Easton, MD on Tuesday, February 20, 2007. Shewas 95.
She was born in El Vista, TX on December 16, 1911 the daughter of the late William Osbourne Hall and Daisy Trahan Hall.
While living in Washington, D.C. she was an interior decorator working for Benson and Wales in northern Virginia.
She moved to the Preston area in 1978 and became an active member of Harmony United Methodist Church.
A daughter, Janice W. Gosnell, preceded her in death on December 25, 2004. She is survived by three grandchildren, Sharon L. Hayden and Chuck Bower of Willards, MD, Michael W Gosnell and Tracey of Preston, Mark P. Gosnell and Heather of Hurlock, six great-grandchildren, Kristen and Russell Wood of Trappe, MD, Matthew Hayden of Willards, MD, Jonathan Gosnell of Preston, Ashleigh Brooke Gosnell of Hurlock, Nicholas Gosnell of Hurlock and Katelyn Gosnell of Preston and one great-great-granddaughter London Wood of Trappe, MD. Two sisters, Inez Bradley and Iris Arnie and a brother, Dewey Hall preceded her in death.
Funeral services for her will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, February 24, 2007 at Framptom Funeral Home, P.A. in Federalsburg with Rev. Carol Price officiating. Interment will follow in Junior Order Cemetery in Preston. Friends may call at the funeral home on Saturday from 10:00 to 11:00.
