Blannie C. Freeman's Obituary
Blannie Carter Freeman of Hurlock, MD passed on Wednesday, July 12, 2006 at Mallard Bay Nursing Home in Cambridge, MD. She was 92.
She was born Oct. 10, 1913 in Windsor, NC, the daughter of the late James and Fannie Carter. Her husband, John E. Freeman, preceded her in death.
She was a domestic worker and was a member of the Greater Mt. Zion Pentecostal Holiness Church.
She is survived by a daughter, Mildred Cephas of Hurlock, 5 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren, and several great-great-grandchildren. A son, Albert Carter, preceded her in death.
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, July 19, 2006 at 1:00 p.m. at the Great Mt. Zion Pentecostal Holiness Church in Bethlehem with Elder Kenny Friend officiating. Interment will follow at Federal Hill Cemetery in Federalsburg. Friends may call at the church on Tuesday from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. and on Wednesday from 11:00 to 1:00 p.m. Arrangements made by Framptom Funeral Home in Federalsburg.
