I met Bill & Gladys when l worked at Caroline Nursing Home and Gladys' father Mr OJ Morgan became a resident. What lovely people. Even many years later l would get a hug and a smile where ever we would meet. So very sorry...My sympathies Gladys to you and your family.

The short time I knew him, he was a wonderful person... When I came to New Liberty Wesleyan Church he was the always there to welcome me and when I missed some Sundays he would always tell me that I was missed, very kind and caring man.. I will miss his smile and him on the back seat of the church. Gladys, Sharon and the rest of the family, you have my sincere sympathy!
Marie and I are so sad to hear of Bill's passing. We both have very fond memories of him. For years we enjoyed fellowship with him at Christ Methodist Church. Gladys you and Bill were like icons in all that went on there. Marie said, "she would always remember him at the ladies soup sales." He was always there to help. I always had such a high respect for him in the Fire Co., there also, he was always there and you could count on his wisdom. It is so sad to lose one so well loved as Mr. Collins. Death is an enemy and Almighty GOD promises that HE is going to remove death, sickness and pain in the near future. One of the best memories of I have of this heart warming man is that I was always able to tickle him. He would always to avoid the tickles but he would always give in. His smile and laughter would carry me (you) through the day. It was a part of my family even though he wasn't related but I felt we were. He will always be a special man in my life and I will never forget all the times we have shared. I know he is a better place right now and I will tickle him again when I see him. Gladys, you are very strong woman and I know this a hard time but just know you are in my heart and you are very special woman in my life as well. So very sorry to hear about the lost of such a fine man named Bill. No words to explain such a lost of truly a man of God and I have known him since I was a small child he always had a kind word and a little hug because he was just that kind of person and I am sure he knew no strangers. May he rest in peace with the loving arms of his Savior around him forever and I will always keep his memories in my heart. Love to all the family and to another kind soul Ms Gladys.
