Carl Richard Frank's Obituary
Carl Richard Frank of Neavitt, died at the University of Maryland Medical, Center, Easton, on Saturday February 10, 2018. He was 82.
Born on December 7, 1935 in Milmay N.J. he was the son of the late William and Dorothy Hensel Frank. Mr. Frank was educated in the Cumberland County public school system in N.J. Following his graduation he enlisted in the U.S. Army on October 30, 1956. Following his release from active duty in 1959 he returned to Milmay N.J. where he worked in construction with his brothers. He later began working for the township of Buena in charge of school bus service & maintenance. He later took a position with the State of N.J. as an assistant supervisor for school bus safety a position he held until his retirement.
Following his retirement he and his wife Mary traveled extensively, and finally settled in Neavitt.
Mr. Frank was an avid coin collector, and woodworker. He enjoyed spending time with his family.
In addition to his beloved wife Mary whom he married in September 1997; he is survived by his children; Deanna, Kimberly, Melissa, Judy, Janine, and Candice. Two brothers; William, and Kenneth, and two sisters; Kathleen. and Dorothea. He was also a beloved grandfather, and uncle. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his first wife Veronica.
A viewing will be held from 6 to 8 PM on Wednesday, February 14th at the Framptom Funeral Home, Ostrowski Chapel, St. Michaels, MD.
Graveside chapel services will be held at 1:00 PM at the Maryland Veterans Cemetery, East New Market Road, Hurlock, on Thursday February 15, 2018.
