Carl Leroy Opher Jr's Obituary
Carl Leroy Opher of Cambridge, MD, passed away on Sunday, September 17, 2017 at Nanticoke Memorial Hospital in Seaford, DE. He was 65.
He was the son of the late Carl Leroy Opher Sr. and the late Helen Stanley Opher.
He was an engineer for the State Highway Administration who enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren and family.
He is survived by his daughter Marsha Opher, two grandchildren, Jo’siah Opher, and Ka’Leigh Opher, three sisters, Geraldine Macer (Carl), Carmen Opher, and Judy Hatton (Everette), and two brothers, Edward Kane, and Tony Hill.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by a sister, Novella Morgan, and a brother, Nathaniel Opher.
