Carlos Edward Passwaters, Jr, of Bridgeville, DE passed away on Friday, December 4, 2020. He was 65.He was born on April 3, 1955 in Milford, DE; the son of the late Carols Edward Passwaters, Sr., and Hazel Smith Passwaters.“Eddie” grew up in Bridgeville and later graduated from Woodbridge High School with the class of 1974. He worked at RAPA Scrapple in Bridgeville for 17 years until his retirement. He was a member of the Seaford Moose for many years. Eddie was passionate about anything fishing. Regardless of the weather, you could always find him near a fishing hole ready to reel in his next big one. He also enjoyed spending time with his family and friends.He is survived by a son, James E. Passwaters and his family of Seaford; three sisters: Rebecca Hartzel (Raymond Hill), Doris Trice (William), and Norma Osterhout (Jeff), a brother, Dennis Passwaters (June) all of Bridgeville; his companion, Sue Stafford and her family of Laurel; five grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.Graveside services will be held on Tuesday, December 8, 2020 at 11:00 at Bridgeville Cemetery.Services entrusted to the Framptom Funeral Home-Fleischauer Chapel in Greenwood.
