Carole Faye Banning's Obituary
Carole Faye Banning of Seaford, DE passed away on Wednesday, Aug. 11, 2010 at her home. She was 70 years old.
She was born on September 12, 1939 in Easton, MD the daughter of the late Gilbert A. and Nora Mae Hastings Banning.
She was a graduate of Federalsburg High School Class of 1957. Carole was the former owner of Lucy’s Flowers in Federalsburg. She was an avid reader.
She is survived by four siblings Barbara Marine, and her husband C. Melvin of Greenwood, DE, Gerald Banning and his wife, Sue, of Federalsburg, Edward Banning, and his wife Deana, of Seaford, Janet Brown and her husband, Leon, of Seaford, and twenty nieces and nephews. Besides her parents she was preceded in death by a sister Shirley Ruark and brother William David Banning.
Graveside memorial services will be held on Saturday, August 14, 2010 at 11:00a.m. at Hill Crest Cemetery with Rev. Melvin Marine officiating.
