Cecelia Frampton's Obituary
Cecelia Hubbard Frampton of Denton, MD passed away on Monday, June 18, 2007 at the Memorial Hospital at Easton, MD. She was 93 years old.
She was born Nov. 25, 1913 in Federalsburg, Caroline County, MD, the daughter of Arthur and Mary Viola Wright Hubbard. Her husband, Clarence L. Frampton, preceded her in death on May 14, 1984.
She was a graduate of Federalsburg High School class of 1930. She had lived in Rock Hall, MD and had retired as a seamstress for the Sewing Factory for Rock Hall Manufacturing after 25 years of service.
She is survived by a son, William Lee Frampton of Denton, a sister, Peggy Corkell of Denton, whom she raised as a daughter, 8 grandchildren,
many great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren, 2 brothers, Leon Hubbard of Pasadena, MD and Jackie Hubbard of Tacoma, Washington, a sister, Eunice Meredith of Federalsburg, many nieces and nephews. Four siblings preceded her in death, Emerson Hubbard, Dickie Hubbard, Roger Hubbard and Virginia Covey, as did a granddaughter, Barbara McMullen, and a great-grandson, Octive Woodville Frampton, Jr.
Funeral services will be held on Friday, June 22, 2007 at 2:00 p.m. at the Framptom Funeral Home, P.A. in Federalsburg with Dr. Christian Jensen officiating. Interment will follow in Hillcrest Cemetery in Federalsburg. Friends may call at the funeral home on Thursday from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m.
