Charlene Phillips Shortall's Obituary
Charlene Phillips Shortall died peacefully on May 1, 2026 after a long illness. She was born February 13th, 1950 to the late Norwood and Mildred Phillips of Tilghman Island. She attended St. Michaels High School then began working for Acme Market in St. Michaels. In 1983 she moved to Savanah Georgia and worked for various restaurants. Her illness brought her back to Tilghman in 2021 where she lived with her brother Charlie (Lisa). She is survived by two Sons John and Chad Shortall and their beautiful families. Her nieces and cousins. She was proceeded in death by her Parents, and sister Emily and Nephew George. Services will be private.
