Charles Elliott Sharp Jr.'s Obituary
Charles Elliott "Buddy" Sharp, Jr. of Easton died at The Pines, Easton, on Monday November 6, 2023. He was 87.
Born on January 21, 1936 in Easton, he was the son of the later Charles E. Sr. and Elizabeth Councell Sharp. Bud attended Talbot County public schools and following his graduation he began a lifelong career in farming. In 1958 he married the former Jeannette Frances Perry, she passed away in 2006. He farmed the Action farm on Dover Road, Easton all of his working life until he retired for health reason's earlier this year.
Bud is survived by his children; Carol Ludwigsen (Art), Robert Sharp (Vickie) and Cathy Foreman all of Easton. One sister; Florence Truitt, 9 Grandchildren; Wesley, Wade, Casey Katie, Jennifer, Keri, Wendy, David, and Michael. Also 12 Great-grandchildren. In addition to his parents, and his wife, he was preceded in death by three sisters: Evelyn Lynch, Cecilia Stanley, and Catherine Hickson.
Funeral services for Bud will be held at the Framptom Funeral Home 216N Main St. Federalsburg on Monday November 13, 2023, at 1:00PM where a viewing will be held from 11:00AM until 1:00PM.
Burial will be in Junior Order Cemetery, Preston. Memorial donations may be made to the Easton Vol. Fire Dept., 315 Leonard Rieck Drive, Easton, MD 21601, or to Talbot Hospice Foundation 586 Cynwood Drive, Easton, 21601.
