Charles Roger Strawser's Obituary
Charles Roger Strawser passed away April 1, 2026 peacefully at his home in Federalsburg after a long battle with cancer.
Chuck was born May 13, 1958 and was the son of Harland Eugene Strawser and Ella Virginia (Curry) Strawser. He was raised in Glen Burnie, MD and attended Glen Burnie High School. Chuck retired from Baltimore Washington Medical Center (formally known as North Arundel Hospital) after 20+ years of faithful service as Head Groundskeeper. Chuck called Love Point on Kent Island, MD home for more than 35 years before moving to Federalsburg, MD in 2021.
Chuck loved his family dearly. He enjoyed hot rods, and fishing and camping with with his family and friends. He passionately rooted for his beloved Buffalo Bills. Being and avid gardener, he loved the outdoors.
Chuck is survived by his wife Judith Strawser; his daughter Shauna Burroughs and her husband Steven Burroughs; his son Tyler Strawser and his wife Rebekah Strawser; and his granddaughters Hayden Mench, Melanie Burroughs, Courtney Burroughs, Amara Jones; and the family pet Layla.
A celebration of life for Chuck will be announced at a later date.
