Charles Alfred “Lucky” Magee, Jr. was born July 16, 1962 in Easton, MD to the late Charles Alfred Magee, Sr. and Beatrice Taylor Magee. He was raised by Mardella Magee of Federalsburg, and the late James S. Magee, Jr.
He was a graduate of Colonel Richardson High School.
He was a truck driver and a member of the Fifth Wheel Truckers Association. He was
also a member of the Zion United Methodist Church in Federalsburg.
