Christopher Allen Henry's Obituary
Christopher Allen Henry of Federalsburg, MD passed away at his home on the 10th
September 2021. He was 39 years old. Chris was born in Easton, MD on 30 December
1981. He attended various schools in Dorchester County and graduated from North
Dorchester High School in 1999. Upon graduation, he enlisted in the United States
Marine Corps and was honorably discharged in 2000 due to medical reasons. Following
the Marine Corps, he found his niche in the transportation industry as a dispatcher
where he worked for most of his adult life.
At an early age, Chris showed an interest in all sports, especially in wrestling that
continued into his high school years, qualifying for the state championship tournament
twice. He was an easy-going guy with a carefree spirit. He loved life and his family. He
enjoyed many hobbies and had many hidden talents like sewing. He will be missed by
all that knew and loved him. May his spirit soar, and may he be at peace. We will never
forget him.
He is survived by his mother, Cheryl Willey, his two children, Chandler Tindall and
Cameron Henry, one sister, Samantha Henry, all of Federalsburg, his brother, Ronnie
Henry (Selina), and their three children (Angelina, Kegan, Kaden), of Hubert, NC, along
with numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
He was predeceased by his father, Ronnie Henry Sr., and his grandparents George & Carolyn Willey, and Jesse Henry. Also by one uncle, George "Buddy" Willey, and one aunt Deborah Carmine.
A a celebration of his life will be held on Monday, September 27, 2021 at 1:00 p.m. at the Federalsburg VFW Post #5246 on Veterans Drive for friends and family.
Burial will be private at the Maryland Eastern Shore Veterans Cemetery in Hurlock.
