Clarence Plutschak Frase's Obituary
Clarence Plutschak Frase of Preston, MD passed away on Tuesday, Sept. 6, 2011 at the Memorial Hospital at Easton. He was 96.
Mr Frase was born March 27, 1915 in Friendship, near Federalsburg, the son of the late William Ernest Frase and Hulda Matilda Plutschak Frase. His wife, Mary Louise Gottwals Frase preceded him in death on Jan. 31, 2005.
He was a lifetime farmer and was a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church. He was the oldest member with 82 years of attendance.
Mr. Frase is survived by a daughter Mary Lou Frase of Preston, a son Gerald K. Frase of Pine Bluff, Arkansas, one granddaughter Rosalie Silvey and her husband Barney, Jr.of Pine Bluff, Arkansas, four great-grandchildren, Heaven, Angel, Faith and Grace, all of Pine Bluff. Besides his parents, and wife he was preceded in death by a brother Ernest W. Frase.
Services will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, September 10, 2011 at Immanuel Lutheran Church in Preston with Rev. Thomas Becker officiating. Interment will follow in Junior Order Cemetery in Preston. Friends may call at the church from noon to 1 p.m.
