I knew Connie as my neighbor who loved to go walking with her dogs , I met her while she was walking her dog Fritz many years ago . I really enjoyed talking with her , she was witty, no nonsense and a strong lady ! She adored her dogs over the years . Elizabeth Street folks will miss Connie!!!!
