Cynthia Brooks' Obituary
Cynthia J. Brooks of Federalsburg, Maryland passed away on Thursday, July 21, 2022 at the University of Maryland Medical System at Easton. She was 61.
She was born on November 18, 1961 in Easton, Maryland the daughter of the late Roy Williamson and Gladys Parks Williamson.
She was married to John Brooks. She worked at H & M Bay as a dispatcher for many years.
Cynthia loved her family. She enjoyed time with loved ones, especially her grandchildren. Hosting dinners and gatherings was her greatest joys. In her free time, she enjoyed watching her stories, playing games, Sunday drives to Chincoteague, and spending time with her family.
She is survived by her husband John Brooks of Federalsburg, two children: Steven Brooks of Federalsburg and Melinda Brooks of Las Vegas, NV, three grandchildren: Steven, Jr. (S.J.), Austin and Erica; and eight siblings: Calvin Bradley, Judy Gregg, Kathy Bradley, Linda Coulbourne, Connie Williamson, Roy Williamson, Randy Williamson and Bryant Williamson.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister Carol Bramble.
Funeral services will be held on Monday, August 1, 2022 at 11am at the Framptom Funeral Home in Federalsburg. Burial will follow at Concord Cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
