Cynthia Lynne Morris' Obituary
Cynthia Lynne Morris, of Cordova, passed away suddenly on Saturday, January 7, 2017 at UMSMC at Easton. She was 37.
She was born in Easton on October 22, 1979 and was the daughter of Gregory and Shirley Morris.
Cynthia graduated from Easton High School Class of 1997. She was employed as a secretary for Farber's Service Center in Wye Mills and later Genesis Healthcare of The Pines in Easton. Cynthia enjoyed watching the Baltimore Orioles and spending time with her beloved dog, Roxy. She was a member of the Wye Mills United Methodist Church.
She is survived by her parents Gregory and Shirley Morris of Cordova, a sister Christine Morris of Centreville, a niece Aaliyah Morris of Centreville, her beloved dog Roxy, her paternal grandmother Frances Morris of Cordova, an aunt Donna Baynard and husband Jeff of Cordova, three uncles Rick Morris of Cordova, Jeff Morris and wife Kerrie of Easton, and Orville Allen, Jr. and wife Becky of Easton, as well as numerous cousins and friends.
She is preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Dorothy and Orville Allen, Sr. and paternal grandfather Albert Morris.
Services will be held on Friday, January 13, 2017 at 11 a.m. at the First Wesleyan Church in Easton with Reverend Nevin Crouse and Reverend Dan Giljam officiating. Family will receive friends thirty minutes prior to the service.
