Daniel Kirby Ball's Obituary
Daniel Kirby Ball, Sr. of St. Michaels, died on Saturday November 15, 2025 at Mallard Bay Nursing and Rehab Center in Cambridge, MD. He was 60 years old.
Born in Easton MD. on February 11, 1965 he was the son of the late Harry T. and Kathleen Kirby Ball. Danny grew up in Neavitt, where he enjoyed crabbing,fishing and hunting. He attended public school in St. Michaels. After leaving school he began a career working with his father in his business Harry T. Ball,Inc. General Contractor. Danny worked beside his dad learning his trade. He was also a part-time waterman, an occupation he gained respect from as well. Danny worked until he was forced to retire for health reasons.
He is survived by his three children; Bubby Ball, Nicky Ball and Taylor McLaughlin all of Easton. One sister; Bonnie Doerfler (Tim) also of Easton. One Aunt; Lillian "Sis" Koeneman of Bozman, MD; and a host of cousins, nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends at the Framptom Funeral Home-Ostrowski Chapel in St. Michaels on Thursday December 4, 2025 from 6:00 to 8:00PM. A private graveside service will be held at a later date.
The family asks that in lieu of flowers donations be made to the Neavitt Cemetery Fund C/o Pat Jones 23087 Twin Pines Rd. Bozman, MD. 21612.
