Deborah Hall Barrett's Obituary
Deborah Hall Barrett passed away on Sunday, July 2, 2017 at University of Maryland Medical System at Easton. She was 56.
She was born on October 9, 1960 in Easton, Maryland, the daughter of the late James Robert Hall and Shirley Powell Hall.
She graduated from St. Michaels High School with the class of 1978. Later, she earned her Associates Degree from Chesapeake College in computer programming. She worked for the Comptroller of Maryland as a computer programmer for many years.
She was a former attendee of Christ Church in St. Michaels where she sang in the choir. She later attended Tilghman United Methodist Church. An avid reader, she enjoyed novels and crime mysteries. Her greatest joy was her family; she loved spending time with her husband, daughters, sisters and friends.
She is survived by her husband of 36 years, Donald R. Barrett of McDaniel, two daughters, Annie Barrett of St. Michaels, and Bonnie Barrett of McDaniel; four sisters, Sharon Vitkin of Shady Side, Maryland, Lynn Tyler of Easton, Robin Landgraf of Cordova and Sandy Eure of Salisbury.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, July 15, 2017 at 2:00 at Tilghman United Methodist Church with the Reverend Fred Bahr officiating. The family will receive friends from 1:00 to 2:00. Burial will be private.
