Deborah Jean Willey's Obituary
Deborah Jean Willey passed away on Saturday, October 26, 2024 at TidalHealth Nanticoke in Seaford, DE. She was 56.
She was born in Utica N.Y. on October 19, 1968 the daughter of Jack Tyler and Sandra Varin Osborne. Deborah grew up in Utica and later met and married David Willey, They made their home in Seaford DE where she worked as a manager at a convenience store until her health began to fail. Deborah was an avid football fan, cheering on the Buffalo Bills!
In addition to her husband she is survived by her mother, and siblings;Jack Tyler(Danelle) of Georgia, Linda Gregory (Daryl), and Jacquilene Burke all of N.Y. and many nieces and nephews.
