Debra Ann "Debbie" Frase's Obituary
Debra Ann “Debbie” Frase of Preston, MD passed away on Tuesday, Sept. 20, 2011 at the Memorial Hospital at Easton, MD. She was 58.
Debbie was born Dec. 24, 1952 in Easton, MD the daughter of Joyce Moore Jacobs of Federalsburg and the late Francis Jacobs.
She was a graduate of Colonel Richardson High School Class of 1971. She along with her husband owned and operated the Corner Diner Family Restaurant in Preston and catered. She enjoyed working with people and making friendships at Lowe’s, Southern States and Worm’s Produce Stand. Debbie loved life, people, and was a beloved Nana to her seven grandchildren.
Besides her mother, Joyce Jacobs, she is survived by her husband of 37 years, Emil G. Frase, Jr. whom she married on May 17, 1974, daughter Diana Patchett and her children Emilee, Olivia, and Ali, son Scott E. Frase and his wife Holly and their child Hailey, and daughter Nikki Morris and her husband Wade, and their children Madison, Mallory, and Mitchell, all of Preston, and one brother Vaughn Jacobs and his wife Tina of Hurlock.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, Sept. 24, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. at the Immanuel Lutheran Church in Preston with Rev. Thomas Becker officiating. Interment will follow in Junior Cemetery in Preston. Friends may call at the Framptom Funeral Home on Friday from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. and at the church one hour prior to the service. Memorial contributions may be made in her memory to Caroline Hospice Foundation, Inc., PO Box 362, Denton, MD 21629.
