Diane Lynn Dukes Trice's Obituary
Diane Lynn Dukes Trice passed away on Wednesday, April 25, 2012 at Peninsula Regional Medical Center in Salisbury, MD. She was 58.
She was born in Easton, MD on October 22, 1953 the daughter of the late Charles “Earl” Dukes and Agnes Gunning Douglas Dukes. She was a graduate of Colonel Richardson High School class of 1971. She worked for several different businesses including Maryland Plastics, Uncle Willie’s, Peninsula Oil Co. and for the last 9 years worked for Cato Oil Co. in Salisbury as the price book coordinator. She enjoyed scrapbooking, spending time with family and friends and watching her favorite shows on TV. She is survived by her daughter, Sherrie L. Trice Upton of Frankford, DE, a grandson, Tyler David Upton, three sisters, Marie West and her husband Bill of Georgetown, DE, Marty Smith and her husband Bob of Federalsburg, Mary Collins and her husband Allen of Hurlock, two brothers, Pete Dukes and his wife Myrtle of Seaford, DE and Jim Dukes of Federalsburg and several nieces and nephews. A sister, Esther Wheatley preceded her in death in 2000. Funeral services for her will be held on Tuesday, May 1, 2012 at 1:00 p.m. at Framptom Funeral Home, P. A. in Federalsburg with Rev. Denzil Cheek officiating. Interment will follow in Hillcrest Cemetery in Federalsburg. Friends may call at the funeral home on Monday evening from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Memorial contributions may be made in her name to Framptom Funeral Home, P.
