My sister and I have fond memories of Thanksgiving dinners in Philadelphia with Mickey, Betty and Cindy. We had so much fun. Mickey knew all of Cindy's close friends and he treated all of us like family. He gave us advice about cars, men and school. He always welcomed us into his home where we enjoyed great meals prepared by Betty. Mickey was so happy for Cindy when she graduated from law school and met the man of her dreams (my brother Glenn). Cindy is my best friend and Denise is like a sister. Mickey loved his family (especially his grandkids) and his many friends. He was a caring soul. I am glad that I had the pleasure of knowing him during my lifetime. Mickey touched many people with his kindness and wonderful smile. He was a father figure and a friend. Rest in peace Mickey. May God comfort the family as you celebrate his life.
