Donald Andrews' Obituary
Donald Andrews of Easton, Maryland passed away on Wednesday, January 18, 2017 at University of Maryland Medical System at Easton. He was 77. He was born on May 13, 1939 in Federalsburg, Maryland, the son of the late Elmer Andrews and Dorothy Moore Andrews. He was married on April 19, 1958 to Jessie Wallace Andrews and they made their home in Easton. Early in his career he was a tradesman working in construction. Later, he worked for Reliable Pest Control in Easton. He loved going to yard sales. He was an avid outdoorsman and his passion was deer hunting. He loved spending time with his grandchildren and great-grandchildren, especially in the deer stand. He is survived by his wife of 58 years, Jessie Wallace Andrews of Easton, two daughters, Lynne Gannon and her husband Glen of Easton; and Debbie Esser and her husband Rob of East New Market; one son, Donald “Donnie†Andrews of Easton; eight grandchildren: Kristen Hash, Marla Best, Keith “Marty†Knotts, Jessica Omohundro, Christopher Newman, Jennifer Andrews, Jacob Andrews, and Jesse Andrews, seven great-grandchildren, Grant Kirby, Rhyan Kirby, Londyn Best, Harper Best, Randall Parks, Kingston Omohundro and Ryleigh Aldrich; and one brother: Wilson Andrews of Tilghman. He was preceded in death by one brother, Robert Andrews. Funeral Services will be held on Monday, January 23, 2017 at 11:30 a.m. at the Real Life Chapel Church in Easton with the Pastor Frank Short officiating. Burial will be at Sherwood Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 10:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. at the Church.
