Donald Lee Pinder's Obituary
Donald L. "Jo-Jo" Pinder of Laurel, De. died at the Harrison House in Georgetown, De. On Wednesday May 25, 2022. He was 80.
Born on October 10, 1940 in Greensboro, MD; he was the son of the late Elizabeth Pinder. Jo Jo as he was known attended public schools he was drafted into the U.S. Army. Following his release from active duty he began a career with the I.E. DuPont Co. he retired in 1986.
Mr. Pinder is survived by his wife; Barbara Pinder of Laurel, De., his sons; Raymond Herman (Johanna) of MI. Samuel Herman, Paul Herman both of Laurel, DE., daughters Jackie Jones of Harrington, and Debbie Lynch of Milford. He is also survived by several Grandchildren; also, 3 sisters; Elizabeth Kenton of FL., Bonnie Pinder of GA., and Carol Ann McDowell of DE. In addition to his mother, he was preceded in death by a brother; Earl Pinder.
A viewing will be held on Saturday, June 4, 2022 at the Framptom Funeral Home-Fleischauer Chapel 16 N. Main Street, Greenwood, DE. From 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM.
A graveside service will be held at St. Johnstown Cemetery, Greenwood at 1:00PM on Saturday following the viewing.
