Donna S. Hall-Breeding's Obituary
Donna S. Hall-Breeding of Federalsburg, MD passed away on Saturday, October 2, 2021. She was 73. Born on September 1, 1948 in Webster Springs, WV, she was the daughter of the late Luther Perrine and Uleda (McCoy) Perrine.
She was a private caregiver for many years. Outside of work, she enjoyed bird watching and going for rides.
She is survived by her husband; Wayne E. Breeding, children; Michele Hall, Robert Kenneth Hall, Sr., Tracy Southard, and Dawn Seymore, grandchildren; Robert Hall, Jr., Zachary Hall, Chase Mohr, Natalie Southard, and Tyler Loftus, 5 great-grandchildren, and her special friends, Nicole Stokes and Michelle West.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her first husband, Hugh Hall.
A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 6, 2021 at 7pm at Framptom Funeral Home in Federalsburg, MD with Deacon Charles Bell officiating. Friends may call on the family from 6-7pm prior to the start of the service. Interment will be private.
