Donna Rae Marine's Obituary
Donna R Marine (Worden), age 87, passed away Monday May 4th, 2026 in Marietta GA. Donna is survived by her son Mark, daughter Kelly, her six grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
Donna was born in Ovid, Michigan in 1938 and graduated from Easton High School in 1956. She married Jack Marine in 1961. They moved to Seaford, DE where Donna worked as a secretary for Venables Construction. The family relocated to Wilmington DE, where Donna worked as a secretary for Dupont. Donna and Jack retired in Spring Hill, Florida and were active members of Mariner United Methodist Church.
Donna sang in the church choir, the community singing group -The Timber Tones and performed for the local theater group. Jack and Donna enjoyed cruising and traveling, taking annual international trips. After Jack passed away in 2011, Donna joined her children in the metro-Atlanta area, where she sang in the choir at Alpharetta 1st United Methodist Church. She loved God, her family, music and cats!
Graveside services will be held at Hillcrest Cemetery in Federalsburg on Saturday May 9th at 11am. Friends and family are welcome to continue the celebration of Donna's life immediately following the service at the Turnbridge Manor - Waterfron Historic House, 119 Gay St., Denton, Maryland 21629
