Donna Watson Schlag's Obituary
Donna Watson Schlag of Wittman, MD passed away at the Talbot Hospice House, Easton on Thursday, August 22, 2024. She was 74.
Born on February 6, 1950, she was the daughter of the late Wallace and Melvina Harrison. Donna graduated from St. Michaels High School in 1968. She married Gus Schlag of Wittman on December 4, 1977.
Donna was an avid bowler and enjoyed doing jig saw puzzles, reading, watching the Orioles, cross word puzzles, playing cards with her friends and family, and watching Hallmark movies. Her favorite thing was to spend time with her family and traveling with "The Gang".
In addition to her Husband, Donna is survived by her children; Michelle Murphy (Wade), Heather Mir (Carlos), Zachary Schlag, Theresa Willis (George), Amy Bateson (Sean), Christopher Schlag (Jennifer), and Brian Schlag. Grandchildren; Nicholas, Dustin, Miles, Jordan, Dylan Bateson. Danielle Bentz, Gabrielle Hancock, Arielle Thompson, Noelle Schuman, Michael Murphy. Michael Grenadier, Sara Willis, Rose Willis. Carsten, Mattias, Ilsa Schlag. Garrett, Olivia Schlag. Great Grandchildren; Brayden, Brayleigh, Gracelynn, Harper, Orem, Leighton, Charlotte, Rylie, Luke, Shane, Leo, Mj, Matthew, Bentley, and Brianna. Sister; Leslie Gay of Easton.
Donna was preceded in death by her first husband, Michael Watson; great grandson, Clark; and best friend, Becky Jump.
A viewing will be held on Wednesday, August 28, 2024, at the Framptom Funeral Home-Ostrowski Chapel, 312 S. Talbot Street St. Michaels, from 6:00 until 8:00PM.
Funeral Services will be held at the Tilghman Methodist Church, Tilghman, Md. on Thursday, August 29, 2024, at 11:00AM. Fellowship to follow. Burial will be private.
