Dorothy Lee Lane's Obituary
Dorothy Lee Lane passed away on Monday, January 18, 2021 at home surrounded by her loving family. She was 83.
She was born on July 25, 1937, the daughter of the late Luther Lee and Anna (Neal) Lee.
She graduated from Preston High School and went on to work at Provident State Bank for over 20 years. She married the love of her life, Jack Roland Lane, on June 25, 1965.
She enjoyed reading, cooking, and spending time with her family.
She is survived by her daughter, Laura (Howard) Edwards, daughter-in-law, Gina Deneau, grandchildren, Christina (Scott) Parrish, Arianna Deneau, Jonathan (Lacey) Deneau, Regan Edwards, and Madison Edwards, great-grandchildren, Preston Dillard, Addison Dillard, Isaac Parrish, Noah Parrish, Rueben Deneau, Jack Deneau, Naomi Parrish, Lillian Duncan, and Jake Duncan.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Jack Roland Lane, and her son, Perry L. Deneau.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, January 22, 2021 at 12pm at Framptom Funeral Home in Federalsburg, MD with Pastor Linda Pevey officiating. Friends may call on the family from 11am-12pm prior to the start of the service. Interment will be private.
