Earl Ward's Obituary
Earl Ward of Preston, MD passed away on March 25, 2017 at his home in Preston, MD. He was 81.
He was born July 16, 1935 in Dryden, VA the son of the (late) Hugh Edward Ward & Mary Eliz Kirk Ward.
Earl was a kind and generous person. He was a good friend to everyone. He loved riding his motorcycle and taking the many trips with his good friends. Earl was married to Miriam Jean Adams. He was a wonderful husband who always put his wife first. They loved each other dearly, Earl will always be missed.
He worked in construction for most of his life until his retirement.
In addition to his loving wife Miriam, Earl is survived by a sister, Billie Lou Cress and her husband Chuck of Pennington Gap, VA. He is also survived by a brother, Joe Ward and his wife Loretta of Kingsport, TN. Earl has many nieces and nephews, and his two best friends, Diane & Doyle Bridegroom who were always there for him.
