Earline F. Brown's Obituary
Earline F. Brown, of Cambridge, passed away at Dorchester General Hospital on Sunday, June 3, 2007. She was 85 years old.
She was one of eight children. She was born on December 20, 1921, daughter of the late Benjamin A. and Maude E. Brown.
She received her education at the East New Market Elementary School and graduated from Sinclair High School.
After school she worked as a housekeeper in Philadelphia, PA, also in a bakery in New Jersey, before her employment at the former Continental Can Co., Inc., in Hurlock, MD. She retired in 1984 after 35 years of loyal service.
She leaves to cherish her memories, four children, Thomas E. Brown of Philadelphia, PA, Syliva B. Brown, Christopher Brown, Sr., and Leona Brown all of Cambridge, five grandchildren, Orlando Brown of East New Market, Michelle Lynn Brown of Atlanta, GA, Melisha Brown, Crystal Cornish, and Christopher D. Brown, Jr. all of Cambridge, four great-grandchildren, Kryshonna, DeIveon, Si’Niya, and A’Layah, two brothers, Daniel and Edward both of Philadelphia, PA, two sisters, Pauline Sampson, and Marie Conaway of East New Market, and a host of other relatives and friends. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her life long companion, Thurston Peace, three brothers, Coldridge, Leonard, and Walter Brown, and a special aunt, Mary Clymer.
Funeral services will be held at Faith Community Church in East New Market, on Saturday, June 9, 2007 at 1 p.m. Friends may call at the church from 11- 1 on Saturday. Interment will follow at the church cemetery. Arrangements by Framptom Funeral Home, PA.
