Edward M. Delano Sr. ("Mickey") of Bridgeville, DE passed away December 11, 2022, he was 73 years old. Mickey was born July 27, 1949 to Mark Delano (Bob) and Margaret Delano in Savannah, GA
Mickey is survived by three children: Shelly Delano Bramble (Bob) of Bridgeville, Mickey Delano Jr., of Bridgeville and Scott Delano (Mande) of Preston, three grandchildren: Mark Delano II and Mason Delano of Preston, Chase Delano of Federalsburg, three sisters: Valerie Malhbacher (Gene) of LaBelle, FL, Terry Williamson (Rusty) of Williamsburg, MD, Robin Brooks (Walt) of East New Market, MD, one brother: Randy Delano of Bridgeville, and two sister-in-laws: Dinah Stayton (Frank) of Bridgeville and Joy Pollard (Percy) of Bridgeville. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews and lifelong friends.
Besides his mother and father, Mickey was proceeded in death by his loving wife of 52 years, Sandra Delano and two brothers: Mark and Andy Delano.
Mickey requested no services be held in his honor, but instead would like to be remembered through cherished memories.
