Eleanor Elaine Pressley's Obituary
Eleanor Elaine Chance Pressley, known fondly as “Pee Wee” passed away at her daughter’s home in Harmony on Monday, November 19, 2012. She was 75.
She was born on September 24, 1937 in Easton, Maryland daughter of the late William Harold Chance and Lucy May Hubbard Chance.
Elaine graduated from Preston High School class of 1956. She attended Bethlehem Wesleyan Church. She enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and taking care of the family dog, Cocoa.
She is survived by her daughter, Dawn Elaine Willey and her husband, J.W. Willey of Harmony, two grandchildren, Summer Willey and Aiden Willey, four sisters, Dorothy Ann Chance Lord of Federalsburg, Evelyn Mae Chance Stafford and Phyllis Chance Butler both of Greensboro, Jean Hubbard Chance Arnie of Lewes, DE, and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by four sisters
Catherine E. Chance, Betty H. Chance, Mary B. Astarita, and Carolyn C. Carter, and two brothers, Harold Chance and Charles E. Chance.
Funeral services will be held on Sunday, November 25, 2012 at 2 p.m. at Bethlehem Wesleyan Church with Pastor Chris Whetlor officiating. Interment will follow at Junior Order Cemetery in Preston. Friends may call at the church from 1-2 p.m. on Sunday.
