Ella Lee Griffith Schiff's Obituary
Ella Lee Griffith Schiff of Federalsburg passed away on Sunday, June 30, 2013 at the home of her son in Berlin, MD.
She was born in Dorchester County on June 4, 1934 the daughter of the late Arnold Griffith and Myra Bramble Griffith.
She was a homemaker all of her life. She was a former member of Gethesmane United Methodist Church in Reliance, and was attending Christ United Methodist Church in Federalsburg.
She is survived by her husband of 61 years Harry D. Schiff, a son, Dr. David H. Schiff (Dayna Brown) of Berlin, MD and a host of nieces, nephews cousins and friends. She was preceded in death by four brothers Ralph Griffith, Bob Griffith, Lawrence Griffith and Arnold Griffith, Jr.
Funeral services for her will be held on Wednesday, July 3, 2013 at 1 p.m. at Framptom Funeral Home, PA with Marie Coulbourne officiating. Interment will follow in Hill Crest Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home on Wednesday from 12 p.m. to 1 p.m. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made to Coastal Hospice, Post Office Box 1733, Salisbury, MD 21802.
