Elsie Rose Taylor Keene's Obituary
Elsie Rose Taylor Keene, formally of Federalsburg passed away on Saturday, May 14, 2016 at the Ellicott City Rehabilitation and Nursing Home in Ellicott City, Maryland. She was 32.
She was born on October 19, 1983 in Chestertown, Maryland, the daughter of Jimmy Taylor of Federalsburg and the late Rebecca Ann Cohey Taylor.
She was a homemaker. She enjoyed writing poems and reading.
In addition to her father, she is survived by a daughter, Rebecca Ann Disire’e Allman of Denton, two brothers, Richard Taylor of FL, and James Taylor of Chincoteague, VA, a step-sister Sherry Canada of Pasadena, MD, two step brothers: Nicholas Libernini, III of Ridgely, and Rodney Libernini of Hanover, PA, and her step mother, Judith Taylor of Federalsburg; and a host of cousins and friends.
She was preceded in death by a brother, William Joseph Taylor.
Per her wishes there will be no services.
